This is a recently completed project in Northern Thailand. The transformation of a run down apartment building into a sixty one room high end rental facility using some local labour and all local materials.

Gaspark sent eight of our trades professionals all masters in their own field to Thailand and with the help of keen locals transformed the below location in to the facility it is today. The project took in total fifteen months with all materials except glazing and sanitryware sourced locally. At present we are working on the proposal for a similar project in Malaysia for the same client.
